Section 1

To help us direct you to the right service, we’ll ask you a few short questions.

Throughout the process, there will be explanations why the questions are being asked and what will be done with the information collected. Revisiting experiences of abuse can be difficult, and we are aware that in some cases victims and survivors have felt unsupported and not listened to. During the questions, you can pause at any point and return when you are ready. Support is available throughout the process, should you wish.

Support available

Everyone responds differently after experiencing abuse, violence or trauma. There is no right or wrong way to feel, and no set timeline for what happens next. You may be considering reporting to the police, speaking with a specialist, accessing emotional support, or simply finding out more about your options. Whatever stage you are at, you can take things one step at a time.
